Visa Renewal for Foreign Workers with an Individual Employer
Before applying for a foreign worker visa renewal, the following documents are required:
1. Required Documents from the Foreign Worker
- Passport
- TM.7 Application Form
- Copy of Passport and TM.6 Departure Card (including all pages with information)
- Copy of the Current Work Permit (valid and not expired) along with a receipt of payment
- Copy of the Tor Ror 38/1 (Alien Registration Document) with certification
- Copy of a Medical Certificate with certification
- Map of Workplace and Residence of the foreign worker
2. Required Documents from the Employer
- Employment Confirmation Letter signed by the employer
- Copy of Employer’s National ID Card with certification
- Copy of Employer’s House Registration with certification
- Copy of the Current Quota Certificate (valid and not expired) with certification
- Power of Attorney Letter (if the employer cannot be present, using the Immigration Bureau’s template with a 10 Baht stamp duty)
- Copy of the National ID Card of the Authorized Representative

If the employer is a corporate entity, the following documents must be prepared:
