Visa Renewal for Foreign Workers with an Individual Employer

Before applying for a foreign worker visa renewal, the following documents are required:

  • TM.7 Application Form
  • Copy of Passport and TM.6 Departure Card (including all pages with information)
  • Copy of the Current Work Permit (valid and not expired) along with a receipt of payment
  • Copy of the Tor Ror 38/1 (Alien Registration Document) with certification
  • Copy of a Medical Certificate with certification
  • Map of Workplace and Residence of the foreign worker

  • Employment Confirmation Letter signed by the employer
